Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All stock is located in Melbourne, Australia and we provide same day dispatch if ordered by 11am. Therefore, you could receive your order as early as tomorrow morning. However, depending on your location it could take up to 6 business days. You can also upgrade for a small extra charge to Express Post (please check whether you are in the Express Post Network).


 

Q: What if I change my mind?

A: If you change your mind please send us a message and we will be more than happy for you to return your purchase for a full refund.


 

Q: Will this remote work with my model?

A: Our remotes are designed to work with all models of the listed brands, including all types and year of manufacture.


 

Q: Do you provide any guarantees?

A: We certainly do, if the product does not work for any reason then we will provide you with a full refund because we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. That is our 100% Satisfaction Guarentee.


 

Q: Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

A: Unfortunately, as an online store we do not provide a pickup facility as this allows us to keep overheads low and as a result keep our prices low.


 

Q: Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

A: We supply our products to a range of businesses, including resorts and hospitals, to whom receive our special bulk prices. Please send us a message to discuss your needs.


 

Q: Do you provide a warranty?

A: We provide a 12 month warranty period, so if there are any faults with your product then please get in touch with us and we will look after you.


 

Q: If I have lost my TV remote will I still be able to program your remote?

A: You definitely can still use this product if you have lost your remote, in fact most of our customers buy our remotes to replace their damaged or lost original remotes. The setup process does not require your original remote and is easy and simple.


 

Q: I do not have PayPal, how can I pay?

A: Whilst PayPal is our preferred method of payment, because of its protection and instant funds transfers, we understand that not everyone has a PayPal account. As such, we can accept bank transfers. To arrange this, please send us a message and we can provide you the necessary details to proceed with ordering your product and paying by bank transfer.
